At Mountain Life UTV Rentals, we rent UTVs, also known as side-by-sides, allowing you to experience the adventure of a lifetime. These open-air vehicles are an amazing way to explore The Great Smoky Mountains. Take note, these vehicles are NOT for off-road use, but they are street legal on roads with a speed limit of 40 MPH or less.
All of our UTVs are easy to drive, fun, and comfortable for all ages. Your pups are also welcome to join!

- Age requirements for some UTVs are 18 years and up. Some UTVs are 21 years and up with full coverage insurance needed. Please call or check the description when you book online.
- Our vehicles are NOT for off-roading experiences.
- Children of any age are welcome!
- If your child is at the age where they still need car seats, please make sure to bring one.
- Dogs are welcome!
- We welcome you to have fun while exploring the outdoors!
